Annual sponsorships

This package offers you the chance to have your company logo on all printed and Web materials sent to IABC/Las Vegas members. With two e-mail communications per month, along with at least one event per month, sponsors receive unparalleled exposure to the IABC/Las Vegas membership.

Platinum Sponsor

$10,000/year, prepaid (up to $5,000 can be in-kind services)
  • One free, one-year IABC membership Logo on all member materials, including Web site, e-newsletter and event collateral
  • Introduction and recognition at all IABC/Las Vegas events by IABC/Las Vegas president
  • Two opportunities to mail directly to members per year
  • One co-branded opportunity for a workshop seminar, if desired
  • Two tickets to each monthly meeting and Bronze Quill Award dinner. Sponsors must register for each event in advance
  • Opportunity to distribute promotional materials (cards, brochures, flyers, etc.) at sponsor-only table at all IABC/Las Vegas events
  • Logo placement as "corporate sponsor" on all Bronze Quill Award materials and mention at the Bronze Quill Awards ceremony
  • Four-minute address at the Bronze Quill Awards ceremony by key sponsor representative
  • Exclusivity: IABC/Las Vegas will not accept another sponsorship with any competitor for 12 months

Gold Sponsor

$5,000/year, prepaid (up to $2,500 can be in-kind services)
  • Introduction and recognition at all IABC/Las Vegas events by IABC/Las Vegas president
  • Recognition in IABC/Las Vegas monthly E-Newsletter Opportunity to distribute promotional materials (cards, brochures, flyers, etc.) at sponsor-only table at all IABC/Las Vegas events

Silver Sponsor

$1,000/year, prepaid or $2,000 in-kind services

$500/year, prepaid or $1,000 in-kind services

Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Luncheon Sponsor

$250/event (limit two luncheon events per year)

  • Sponsors name on promotional materials for the month sponsored
  • Short company profile (60 words or less), logo and link on the IABC/Las Vegas Web site during event month
  • Ability to give 2-minute welcome commercial at meeting Table at meeting for handouts (or may place handouts at place settings)
  • Two complimentary lunches to use at the sponsored meeting
